The hotel's rooms were comfortable and provided everything you could want from toiletries to refreshments. However, being near the noisy lift with people arriving late at night and early in the morning affected the overall experience. While it did not meet my expectations for a 5-star rating and wasn't heated by the air conditioning system, it was still a decent stay.
